Who we are

Interafinity (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-powered interview preparation tools, including mock interviews, an ATS resume builder, a question bank, analytics, and a real-time interview copilot via our website and desktop applications.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, password (stored hashed), and profile information such as target role or company preferences.
• Usage data: practice sessions, resume drafts, feature usage, and product analytics needed to operate and improve the service.
• Payment-related data: billing status, plan type, and order references. Card and UPI details are processed by Razorpay and are not stored on our servers.
• Support communications: messages you send to support (including phone numbers shared via chat or forms) so we can respond.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser/app version, and basic diagnostic logs for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To create and manage your account and deliver subscribed features.
• To personalize practice flows, resume tools, and coaching suggestions.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide invoices or receipts.
• To respond to support requests and send important service notices.
• To improve product quality, security, and performance.

Interview and session privacy

We design Interafinity with a privacy-first approach. Live interview assistance and practice tooling are built to minimize unnecessary retention of sensitive interview content.

Do not upload content you are not allowed to share. You remain responsible for complying with your employer’s or interviewer’s rules.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the product (for example payment processing, hosting, and email delivery), under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. You may request account deletion by emailing support@interafinity.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

• Update profile information from your dashboard settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support.
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links where provided.

Children

Interafinity is intended for users who can form a binding contract in their jurisdiction (generally 18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
