1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Interafinity’s website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By registering, logging in, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Responsible use
Interafinity is built for interview preparation and professional growth. You are responsible for following your school’s, employer’s, and interview platform’s rules when using any live-assistance features.
You agree not to:
- Share account access with unauthorized third parties or resell access without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems except as permitted by law.
- Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Use the Service to cheat on proctored exams, violate employer policies, or misrepresent your identity in hiring processes where such use is prohibited.
- Circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, or security controls.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, rounds, and add-ons are described at checkout. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Access begins when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Plan duration, round limits, and feature entitlements are defined by the plan you purchase.
We may change plan names, features, or prices for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter an active paid term except where required by law.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. At this time Interafinity does not offer a general money-back guarantee or standard refund program for completed purchases.

6. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, software, and content we create. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. resume text). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE JOB OFFERS, INTERVIEW OUTCOMES, OR ATS SCORES. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING MATERIALS BEFORE SUBMISSION.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interafinity and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; paid access continues until the end of the purchased term unless otherwise required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction where applicable.
