1. Summary
No standard refund program
Interafinity does not currently operate a general money-back guarantee, cooling-off refund window, or automatic refund policy for subscription plans, interview rounds, or add-ons. Please review plan details and try free features before purchasing.
Interafinity provides digital subscription and usage-based access to interview preparation tools. Because access is delivered immediately after payment, our default position is that fees are non-refundable once a purchase is completed and access is granted.
2. What is generally non-refundable
The following are typically not eligible for refund:
- Completed payments where dashboard or plan access has already been activated.
- Partially used interview rounds, mock sessions, resume downloads, or copilot time included in your plan.
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless a specific written offer states otherwise.
- Change of mind, unused time, or failure to achieve a job offer or interview outcome.
- Account termination initiated by you after purchase.
3. Limited exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, review exceptional cases. Examples that may qualify for a credit or refund include:
- Duplicate charge for the same order (proof required).
- Unauthorized payment reported promptly with supporting documentation.
- Technical failure on our side that prevented access for an extended period and could not be resolved by support.
- Situations where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Approval of any exception is not guaranteed. When granted, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take 5–15 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to contact us
Email support@interafinity.com within 7 days of the charge with your registered email, order or payment ID, date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your message and respond with our decision. Submitting a request does not obligate us to issue a refund.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
6. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
Upgrades may be available in-product; pricing for upgrades is shown at checkout. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current billing period where recurring billing applies.
Canceling future renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid period already in progress.
7. Marketing and legacy references
If you see outdated language elsewhere on the web referring to a “money-back guarantee,” treat this Refund Policy as the source of truth unless a specific checkout screen for your order explicitly states a written guarantee for that purchase.
8. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
